Ms. Agostinelli’s experience at the firm focuses on ratemaking and storm recovery work in Massachusetts.

While attending law school, Ms. Agostinelli interned with the MA Department of Public Utilities. Prior to joining the firm in May 2023, Ms. Agostinelli worked as senior associate with the Mergers & Acquisitions department at KPMG LLP in Boston. Prior to Law school, Ms. Agostinelli served as regulatory coordinator at a financial consulting firm serving regulated natural gas, electric, and water utilities in performing return on equity testimony for ratemaking purposes and energy market assessment before the MA DPU, FERC, and other US/Canadian utility regulatory agencies.
