Mr. Hershberg received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, where he served on the Student Bar Association as a Senator focusing his efforts to bridge the gap between the Vermont Law School student body and the Town of South Royalton. During his time in law school, he also worked as a Student Clinician at the South Royalton Legal Clinic supporting lower income communities in civil disputes and Asylees in Immigration matters, interned for the Irish International Immigrant Center in Boston, and worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Chelsea.
Mr. Hershberg received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Stonehill College in Easton. At Stonehill, he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.
He brings a wide berth of experience to the firm; Mr. Hershberg previously worked on Transmission Right of Way matters at Georgia Power Company and most recently as a project manager for Volta Charging, an Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure start-up where he worked closely with municipalities and appeared before municipal boards to expand access to public charging.
In addition to his work at the firm, he serves on both the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Earth Removal Board in the Town of Sudbury.
