Joseph Kelley received his Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Following his second year of law school, he worked at Keegan Werlin as a Law Clerk helping on numerous matters, primarily aiding with monitoring hearings conducted by the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy. During his third year of law school, he interned at Pateakos & Poulin, where he assisted with civil litigation, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
