Ms. Rendell-Baker received her Juris Doctor from University of Connecticut School of Law. Following her first year of law school, she interned with the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, helping to provide legal aid to the local communities in Hartford County. During her second year, she interned with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, primarily aiding the energy law attorneys in researching and attending rate cases. During her third year, she interned with Eversource primarily working with regulatory issues such as the transition to renewable energy and rate cases. She then interned for Day Pitney, assisting in research on EV policy and the transition from natural gas.
